The Erfurter Kreuz industrial site in Arnstadt/Amt Wachsenburg began operations in 2005 with the establishment of N3 Engine Overhaul Services. Today, the area is one of the largest in Thuringia.

From military site to industrial location: After the withdrawal of the Russian armed forces, the Eisenach-Kindel military training area became partly a national park, partly a site with a transport airfield – today with around 10 companies.
Since its acquisition by LEG in 1999, 12 companies with approximately 550 employees have established themselves in the "Kyffhäuserhütte" industrial park. In addition to mechanical engineering and metal processing, service providers from the fields of education, planning, and multimedia are also represented.
The Rudolstadt-Schwarza industrial area is today a modern industrial location with an excellently developed technical infrastructure.
The Erfurt-Southeast location is home to numerous technology companies, research institutions, application and start-up centers, as well as business-related service providers.
Following the implementation of consistent conversion measures, the former military site has been transformed into an attractive industrial area on the northeastern outskirts of Altenburg.
The Nobitz – Am Flughafen location is situated in the border region of Thuringia, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt, between the metropolitan areas of Jena, Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz.
As part of a conversion project, we are developing and marketing the former Bundeswehr site "Görmar-Kaserne" in Mühlhausen.
