The Economic Development Service Center is the central contact point for municipal economic development initiatives in Thuringia.
We support you in developing your sites, marketing your land, and assisting with business start-up and expansion projects in your municipality. We advise you on strategic issues, provide tools, and connect you with relevant partners. Together, we strengthen the competitiveness of Thuringia's regions and create attractive conditions for businesses.

  • Erfurter Kreuz - Settlement successes with global players like CATL and N3

    At 439 hectares, it is the largest industrial park in Thuringia. LEG has been developing the "Erfurter Kreuz" since 2005 and has since attracted world-class companies, including the world's largest battery cell manufacturer Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL) and N3 Engine Overhaul Services, a Joint Venture from Lufthansa Technik and Rolls-Royce.

    AGKW Annual Event
