LEG carries the TOTAL E-QUALITY seal of approval! Equal opportunities in the workplace.

Through a variety of measures, we promote diversity, work-life balance, gender equality, and employee health within our company. Examples include our on-site daycare center in Brühl, the LEG summer school, various preventative healthcare programs, and a comprehensive talent development program. For our commitment, we have regularly received the [award name/award name] since 2007 TOTAL E-QUALITY rating, which is awarded by the association of the same name. In October 2022, we were there with our COMCENTER Brühl Host for the nationwide award ceremony.

Social commitment practiced. We bear responsibility: not for ourselves alone.

How we understand sustainability.

As a company, we are part of society. Therefore, it is important to us to contribute to solving social issues beyond our business activities. We initiate and support a number of projects that serve the common good. We are proud of the strong willingness among our employees to get involved in social causes, whether through donations of goods and money or through practical assistance.

Our projects

  • LEG Summer School

The "LEG Summer School" offers childcare during the Thuringian school holidays with a diverse recreational program. Parents and children can choose between on-site care and a stay at a holiday camp, and flexibly combine both options. The program is run by the association "LEG Summer School: Companies Committed to Families e. V." The association pursues the following goals:

    • Improving the compatibility of work and family life
    • Meaningful leisure activities for children between 6 and 14 years old
    • Combining games and experiential learning

    Further information

  • Bummi department store For families in need

It has become a cherished tradition for us to support the Bummi department store with donations of goods from our staff during the Christmas season. Boxes full of toys, clothing, books, and much more go to the social department store run by the AWO (Workers' Welfare Association) in Erfurt.

Here, low-income parents can shop for their little ones. For many, this is the only way to surprise their loved ones with a nice gift under the Christmas tree.

  • Planting a future forest For the green Thuringia of tomorrow

Autumn is planting season – also for our employees: Since 2021, we have been working together with other Thuringian companies, the German Forest Protection Association, and selected Thuringian municipalities to plant trees. Around 1,500 young trees are planted annually to ensure our region remains green, not gray, in the future. New forests are already growing in Azmannsdorf, Töttelstädt, Haßleben, and Hochstedt.
