As part of a conversion measure, we are developing and marketing the former Bundeswehr site “Görmar Barracks” in Mühlhausen.
LEG Thüringen develops and markets the former Bundeswehr site “Görmar-Kaserne“ in Mühlhausen as part of a conversion measure. The accommodation and staff buildings were refurbished here for the administration of the Unstrut-Hainich district. Former technical and other military purpose-built structures are available for commercial use.
In the undeveloped northern area, LEG Thüringen , in cooperation with the city of Mühlhausen, has developed an industrial park. A total of approx. 13 ha are available for industrial and commercial use. Larger plot sizes are also possible according to needs and requirements.
Mühlhausen, in the northwest of the Free State of Thuringia, has 36,000 inhabitants and is the district town of the Unstrut-Hainich district. The industrial and commercial park borders the Sondershäuser Straße commercial area to the west. Not far from the new bypass road B247 is the site of the former Görmar barracks at the northeastern entrance to the city of Mühlhausen.
