ThAFF – Your network partner for skilled labor retention in Thuringia
ThAFF supports relevant stakeholders in Thuringia in jointly and effectively shaping skilled labor retention. As a statewide network hub, we bring together partners from business, administration, education, consulting, and the labor market, pool competencies, and create spaces for exchange, cooperation, and new impulses.
We empower network partners to develop and implement their own event formats for attracting and retaining potential skilled workers. This creates synergies between regional and supra-regional activities.
Free of charge. Networked. Throughout Thuringia.
Integrate regions
ThAFF works closely with municipal and regional economic development agencies in Thuringia. With the Skilled Labor Security Working Group, we offer an exchange format for economic development agencies at the municipal and regional level.
The focus is on current developments, regional needs, and joint ideas for securing skilled labor. The working group creates space for experience exchange, knowledge transfer, and coordination of joint activities.
This is how we support municipal and regional economic development agencies in making skilled labor topics visible locally, better coordinating activities, and specifically addressing employers in the regions.
