Attracting and retaining skilled workers for Thuringia Creating perspectives together – for companies, workers, and the Free State.

The recruitment and retention of skilled workers is one of the central future tasks for Thuringia. In the LEG Thüringen , the Thuringian Agency for Skilled Personnel Marketing (ThAFF) and the German Professional School (GPS) make an important contribution to this. Both institutions pursue the common goal of supporting companies in securing their skilled labor needs and positioning Thuringia as an attractive place to work, train, and live.
