In over 35 towns and municipalities in Thuringia, we offer building plots for families who want to realize their dream of owning a home. Buyers receive the plots commission-free, without any obligation to use a specific developer, and fully serviced and ready for construction. Due to continued high demand, we are acquiring new locations, preparing them for planning approval, developing the infrastructure, and marketing them. Perspectives for real estate
In addition to allocating building plots, we advise buyers and investors, assess buildings, determine investment needs, and develop visions for your properties. Furthermore, we develop and market inner-city sites for residential construction as well as for commercial, retail, and leisure facilities. We currently manage approximately 60,000 m² of commercial space and 1,500 apartments (primarily social housing). Affordable housing is becoming increasingly scarce, especially in central cities. Therefore, in the coming years, we plan to construct more privately financed and rent-controlled apartments of average standard on our own and acquired land.

In the past and present, we have been developing urban areas into modern living spaces that attract people to work, live, and enjoy life in the cities. Three outstanding projects are located in Thuringia's capital city and make Erfurt even more livable:

ICE City Erfurt: The fast center of Germany
Directly east of Erfurt's main train station, a key hub in the German ICE network since 2017, LEG Thüringen is actively involved in innovative urban development. An urban and consistently sustainable district is being created on approximately 10 hectares, with the future "DB Campus" as its central component. This campus will serve as a future-oriented hub for Deutsche Bahn's training and recruitment activities. LEG Thüringen is acting as a partner for the city and Deutsche Bahn AG in the development of new infrastructure and complementary real estate projects.

Erfurt's new center: the Brühl
Since the early 1990s LEG Thüringen has transformed the former industrial wasteland into a modern and stylish urban district that has established itself as a very attractive place to live and work. Quiet and family-friendly living: Erfurt Ringelberg
The "Ringelbergsiedlung" residential complex was built in four phases on the eastern edge of Erfurt, above the Krämpfervorstadt district. Families live here in a pleasantly quiet location that is also close to the city center – a combination that makes the residential area particularly attractive and popular.
