Thuringian Agency for Skilled Personnel Marketing (ThAFF) Working and Living in Thuringia

The Thuringian Agency for Skilled Personnel Marketing (ThAFF) is the statewide point of contact for securing skilled workers in Thuringia. It supports Thuringian companies in attracting and retaining qualified employees in the long term. At the same time, it assists skilled workers in settling in professionally and personally in Thuringia. As the Welcome Center of the Free State, the ThAFF offers free advice, orientation, and networking, bringing together relevant stakeholders from business, the labor market, education, and administration.

Strong partner in Thuringia

The ThAFF has been based at LEG Thüringen since 2011 and is funded by the Free State of Thuringia. It was created to specifically support employers and skilled workers in times of demographic change and increasing demand for skilled workers, and to strengthen Thuringia as a place to work and do business.
