Brief introduction of the alliance partner
One of the department's tasks is to develop current strategies for the sustainable use of urban development funding programs and resources for the targeted development of Thuringian municipalities. The orientation of the programs and the development of funding initiatives should be a response to current issues.
The TMDI also sees itself as a contact point and advisor for Thuringian municipalities on issues of urban development and urban planning.
Focus of the alliance partner within the framework of the alliance
The current focus is on evaluating and realigning or adapting existing information and exchange formats, as well as on the long-term development of suitable and effective funding instruments and on sharpening existing tools for Thuringian municipalities with regard to the diverse inner-city-relevant topics.
