Brief introduction of the alliance partner
One subtask of the department is the development of current strategies for the sustainable use of urban development funding programs and funds for the targeted development of Thuringian municipalities. The alignment of the programs and the development of funding initiatives should thereby respond to current topics.
The TMDI also sees itself as a point of contact and advisor for the Thuringian municipalities on questions of urban development and urban planning.
Focus of the alliance partner within the alliance
The current focus is on the evaluation and realignment or adaptation of existing information and exchange formats, as well as on the long-term development of tailored and effective funding instruments and on sharpening existing tools for the Thuringian municipalities with regard to the diverse inner-city relevant topics.
