Brief introduction of the alliance partner
The association's work focuses on increasing and positively influencing the attractiveness of Jena's city center. As an advocacy group for inner-city businesses, it collaborates with politicians and administrators to develop solutions that address current and future challenges. The association's work is organized by its board and, since 2017, by a full-time city manager. Currently, approximately 100 stakeholders are involved in implementing concrete projects and contributing their expertise.
Focus of the alliance partner within the framework of the alliance
We are convinced that only by joining forces can we have a positive and lasting impact on the development and preservation of our city centers as the "living rooms of society." We moderate, motivate, connect, and inspire. The initiative provides ideas and impetus, but also takes aim at challenges. We operate on equal footing with the city administration and city politicians.
