The Thuringian Agency for Skilled Worker Recruitment (ThAFF) is the statewide contact point for securing skilled workers in Thuringia. It supports Thuringian companies in attracting and retaining qualified employees. At the same time, it assists skilled workers in settling into Thuringia both professionally and personally. As the Free State's Welcome Center, ThAFF offers free advice, guidance, and networking opportunities, bringing together relevant stakeholders from business, the labor market, education, and administration.

ThAFF has been located at LEG Thüringen since 2011 and is financed by the Free State of Thuringia. It was created to provide targeted support to employers and skilled workers in times of demographic change and increasing demand for skilled labor, and to strengthen Thuringia as a place to work and do business.
