Brief introduction of the alliance partner
The LeerGut agents are the Thuringian lobby for a public-benefit-oriented real estate development, for the conversion and reuse of houses and brownfield sites, and for a building culture that brings about innovations in planning, financing, and promotion.
Vacant space is a resource and therefore valuable. As a network of experts and local contacts, the LeerGut agents connect interested parties, active individuals, knowledgeable people, and buildings.
Focus of the alliance partner within the framework of the alliance
The LeerGut agents are the contact persons for community-oriented real estate development in both rural and urban areas. Community-oriented real estate and housing projects also represent added value for the location, the neighborhood, and the entire city, even in an inner-city context. The network focuses primarily on addressing vacancy issues and on alternative housing and living concepts.
