The LeerGut-Agenten are the Thuringian lobby for community-oriented real estate development, for the conversion and reuse of houses and brownfields, and for a building culture that fosters innovations in planning, financing, and funding.
Vacancy is a resource and therefore LeerGut. As a network of experts and local contacts, the LeerGut-Agenten connect interested parties, active individuals, knowledgeable people, and buildings.
Focus of the alliance partner within the alliance
The LeerGut-Agenten are the contact persons for community-oriented real estate development in both rural areas and the city. Community-oriented real estate and housing projects also represent added value for the location, the neighborhood, and the entire city in the inner-city context. The network focuses on managing vacant properties as well as alternative living and lifestyle concepts.
