Brief introduction of the alliance partner
The Thuringian Association of Housing and Real Estate Companies (Verband Thüringer Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft e. V.) comprises 221 member companies, including 178 housing companies. These housing companies currently manage a portfolio of approximately 265,000 apartments. The association's responsibilities include representing the interests of its members in all areas and at all levels of politics and business, as well as providing non-commercial advice and ongoing information to its members.
