As part of a conversion project, LEG Thüringen is developing and marketing the former Bundeswehr site "Görmar Barracks" in Mühlhausen. The accommodation and staff buildings for the administration of the Unstrut-Hainich district have been renovated. Former technical and other military buildings are available for commercial use.
In the undeveloped northern area LEG Thüringen in cooperation with the city of Mühlhausen, has developed an industrial park. A total of approximately 13 hectares are available for industrial and commercial use. Larger plot sizes are also possible, depending on needs and requirements.
