As part of a conversion measure, we are developing and marketing the former Bundeswehr site "Görmar-Kaserne" in Mühlhausen.
LEG Thüringen develops and markets the former Bundeswehr site "Görmar-Kaserne" in Mühlhausen as part of a conversion project. The accommodation and staff buildings were renovated for the administration of the Unstrut-Hainich district. Former technical and other military purpose-built buildings are available for commercial use.
In the undeveloped northern area, LEG Thüringen , in cooperation with the city of Mühlhausen, has developed an industrial park. A total of approx. 13 ha are available for industrial and commercial use. Larger plot sizes are also possible according to needs and requirements.
Mühlhausen, in the northwest of the Free State of Thuringia, has 36,000 inhabitants and is the district town of the Unstrut-Hainich district. The area of the former Görmar barracks is located at the northeastern entrance area on the B249. The area borders the "Görmar" industrial park to the east as well as the regional vocational school center.
