Information Center Digital Infrastructure Thuringia

The Digital Infrastructure Information Center aims to record and process the current state of broadband coverage in the Free State of Thuringia. This creates a well-founded basis for future decisions and government action in the area of infrastructure expansion.

We support state actors, citizens, and companies with technical expertise on operational issues related to the expansion of digital infrastructures. An important basis for this is the visual preparation of information on the current supply situation.

In addition to the wired infrastructure, we also consider the construction and expansion of the mobile network. Because for the people in Thuringia, comprehensive network coverage is becoming increasingly important in everyday life.

The goal is to strategically support the development of demand-oriented, convergent networks in the Free State – based on various professional perspectives.
