As a consulting firm specializing in business organization and quality management, global supplier management and securing global supply chains have been the company's core competencies for almost 20 years, initially under the founder and since 2022 as a team in Gotha. In addition to auditing and analyzing over 100 companies of varying sizes in Asia (China, India, Thailand, Japan, etc.), our services also include development projects and task force deployments for German clients on-site (approximately six years in China, 17 months in Japan, and most recently last year in Indochina, Thailand, and Malaysia).
