To strengthen relations between Thuringia and India, and to facilitate companies' entry into a dynamic growth market To enable and promote the development of long-term partnerships, we are organizing a delegation trip led by the Thuringian Minister-President Mario Voigt

Binding registration for participation in the delegation trip to India in 2026 takes place online until [date] April 24, 2026Since space is limited, we kindly ask you to register as soon as possible.

Travel dates & costs

In addition to the following, the participants will also face.. individual travel expenses (Arrival and departure + hotel), A participation fee, including a catering allowance of €550 per company/institutionThis includes the organization of the entire program, including briefings, all events, group visits and group transfers, as well as catering (shared meals) throughout the entire travel week.

    The journey is basically Open to all industries It is aimed at companies, institutions and multipliers from Thuringia.     The participation fee is €550 per company/institution This includes complete program organization and a meal allowance. Flight costs are additional and must be borne individually (approx. €3,350 for Economy, €4,500 for Premium Economy, €6,350 for Business).

  • Do I have to book flights and hotels through the recommended travel service provider?

    While it is recommended to book flights through Poppe Reisen GmbH & Co. KG, this is optional. If booking other flight connections, transfers on the arrival and departure days must be arranged independently.

    Booking hotels through the service provider is mandatory.
