Travel dates & costs
In addition to the following, the participants will also face.. individual travel expenses (Arrival and departure + hotel), A participation fee, including a catering allowance of €550 per company/institutionThis includes the organization of the entire program, including briefings, all events, group visits and group transfers, as well as catering (shared meals) throughout the entire travel week.

KG To book, group transfers from the airport to the hotel on arrival and back to the airport on the departure day will be organized for the selected flight connection. Participants are free to use other flight connections. In this case, transfers to the hotel and back to the airport on arrival and departure days must be arranged independently.

The participation fee is €550 per company/institution This includes complete program organization and a meal allowance. Flight costs are additional and must be borne individually (approx. €3,350 for Economy, €4,500 for Premium Economy, €6,350 for Business).

Do I have to book flights and hotels through the recommended travel service provider?
While it is recommended to book flights through Poppe Reisen GmbH & Co. KG, this is optional. If booking other flight connections, transfers on the arrival and departure days must be arranged independently.
Booking hotels through the service provider is mandatory.
