InnoMEET: Energy meets IT - Intelligent systems for a sustainable future

The energy transition needs digital solutions and the IT industry needs energy. InnoMEET: Energy meets IT - Intelligent Systems for a Sustainable Future addresses this thematic intersection. In cooperation with ITnet Thüringen e.V. and the Thuringian Renewable Energy Network (ThEEN) e.V., we aim to bring together companies across sectors, make synergies visible, and promote collaborations.
We invite stakeholders from IT, energy technology and industry, as well as research and science, to jointly discuss topics, formulate concrete questions, and develop new innovation approaches at the “InnoMeet: Energy meets IT”. The focus is on practical impulses, real application cases, and direct exchange:
- What digital solutions does the energy supply need?
- How can energy entrepreneurs support the IT industry?
- Where do new cooperation potentials arise?
- And how can joint research and development projects, for example within the framework of ZIM, be initiated?
The focus of the event is on data management and artificial intelligence as key technologies for the energy transition. Whether intelligent grids, data-based forecasts or automated energy management systems – the challenges of the energy future cannot be overcome without structured use of data and targeted use of AI.
