We are Innovative Thuringia!

It was officially announced at the InnoCON Thüringen 2025 annual event: The Thuringian Cluster Management (ThCM) now has a new name – Innovative Thuringia.

But this name change represents far more than a mere rebranding – it signifies a strategic evolution and an expanded scope of responsibilities. The portfolio is broader, the strategic focus sharper. In doing so, the organization is responding to the growing importance of innovation for Thuringia as a business and research location.

With Innovative Thuringia The self-image becomes clear: the goal is to holistically strengthen Thuringia as a location for innovation. This includes the targeted expansion of knowledge and technology transfer, the promotion of cooperation between industry and science, and the support of strategic innovation processes.

The new name sums it up perfectly: Innovative Thuringia stands for future, networking and progress – and for a strong innovation strategy in the Free State.
