Would you like to actively shape technical projects, take on responsibility, and develop both professionally and personally? Then you are exactly right with us. In this position, you will support the planning, management, and implementation of technical measures relating to our commercial and industrial properties and contribute to an efficient and sustainable building operation.

Your tasks

Support in the planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects in building management
Collaboration in the acquisition, development, management, and marketing of commercial and industrial properties within the framework of integrated site management
Support for the construction, operation, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of building services systems
Participation in the execution of public tenders, taking into account the applicable procurement regulations
Conducting and documenting property inspections, technical surveys, and structural assessments
Support in coordinating central building and caretaker services
Monitoring of schedules, costs, and quality standards within ongoing projects

Participation in and follow-up of construction consultations and monitoring of construction sites
Ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements
Creating project reports, documentation, and evaluations
Support in the planning, control and monitoring of emergency and fault rectification
Preparation and monitoring of supply and service contracts
Maintenance and administration of technical inventory and project documents
Participation in the monitoring and enforcement of commercial, technical and scheduling project objectives

Your profile

successfully completed technical degree, ideally with a focus on facility management, building services engineering (TGA), supply engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering or comparable qualification
alternatively, technical training with further education to become a state-certified technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
relevant professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
Knowledge in technical building and property management, maintenance and repair of technical systems, as well as structural inspection
Knowledge of public procurement law is desirable
Proficient user knowledge of standard MS Office programs as well as good knowledge of SAP
Driving license class B

Technical understanding and interest in building services systems
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

Strong service and customer orientation
Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards public clients, service providers, project stakeholders, and tenants
