In 2024, the English and German national football teams brought a real summer fairytale to Blankenhain, Thuringia, with their stay during the European Championship. As a thank you for the support during this time, both teams have left partially signed souvenirs, which we would like to auction off to the highest bidder in favor of our non-profit association LEG-Sommerschule.
In the period from March 31 (from 6 p.m.) to April 10, 2025 an auction of jerseys and other collector's items is therefore taking place on the Ebay auction platform. Among the items going under the virtual hammer are several jerseys from the two top Thuringian basketball teams, "Science City Jena" and "Basketball Löwen Erfurt". Furthermore, a high-quality billiard table, an indoor golf mat, and a licensed game are among the auction items. These come from the European Championship base camp of the English national football team in Blankenhain and were actively used by the "Three Lions" away from the pitch.
The proceeds from the auction will go one hundred percent to the LEG-Sommerschule association and will be used for a charitable project.
