The joint booths were located in Hall 15 (MedTech & Devices) and Hall 3 (Labor & Diagnostics). Visitors were able to experience the latest developments from Thuringia there – from modern diagnostic devices to advanced laboratory technologies. Among them was the AVATAR project for the anonymized use of sensitive health data. Other partners such as BLINK AG, Applyo Jena, and Analytik Jena showcased innovations in photonics, diagnostics, and digital medical technology. State Secretary for Economic Affairs Mario Suckert visited both joint booths and personally informed himself about the progress and trends in the industry.
In 2025, the trade fair recorded around 5,000 exhibitors from over 70 countries and approximately 80,000 trade visitors. The strong Thuringian presence at the fair underscores the potential and innovative strength of Thuringian companies in medical technology, diagnostics, and research, as well as the region's significance as a major life science hub. According to the LEG company database, the industry in the Free State comprises around 600 companies with 30,000 employees. More than 5,000 students, four universities, and 14 research institutions are attributed to this technology sector.
