For the first time, Thuringia was represented with a joint stand at the Precision Fair in the Netherlands. The international trade fair for measurement, control, and regulation technology as well as for opto-electronics and precision mechanics took place for the 20th time. The spatial and industry-related proximity to ASML – the world's largest provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry – as well as the high proportion of small and medium-sized supplier companies in the exhibitor structure were again characteristic of the trade fair this time.
Although pandemic-related visitor traffic at the two-day trade fair remained manageable, the Thuringian exhibitors were able to generate promising leads. An exhibitor evening and a network dinner complemented the well-organized and well-thought-out trade fair event. Just in time before another lockdown in the Netherlands, the Thuringians were able to set off on their return journey to the Free State with the new Contacten in their luggage.
The trade fair concept has convinced us – so it is certain: Thüringen International will also organize a Thuringian joint stand at the Precision Fair next year. We are already happy to accept your declaration of interest today.
