As part of the event “Pacific Alliance - Synergies?! Opportunities!?”, four experts from Colombia, Peru, Chile and Mexico gave an exciting, entertaining and informative presentation about the Pacific Alliance.
"Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Mexico stand out as attractive markets that make doing business easy and safe," emphasized Orlando Baquero, Chairman of the Latin America Association. Markus Schmauder of LBBW rounded out the program with important facts on the topic of financing.
In the pitch arena, Roberto Echeverría Botero, Antje Wandelt, Edder Cifuentes, and Simon P. Balzert clearly positioned themselves for their respective countries. With compelling arguments, they drew the audience to their country tables, which participants could "click" to after the pitches for more in-depth discussions on specific topics in smaller groups.
Overall, participants gained fascinating insights into the regions and discussed current economic and political developments. Topics also included the logistics situation in Colombia, renewable energies in Chile, the labor market situation in Mexico, and business opportunities in the healthcare sector in Peru.
