The Israeli start-up scene is considered one of the most dynamic in the world and has earned the country the nickname "Start-up Nation." But what factors characterize the start-up scene in Israel? What can Thuringia learn from this start-up culture? What does the concrete cooperation between Israeli and Thuringian companies look like?
These and other questions are the focus of the International Day, which takes place in the Defensionskaserne on the Petersberg in Erfurt and is organized as part of the Investor Days Thuringia together with the Foundation for Technology, Innovation and Research Thuringia (STIFT) and the Enterprise Europe Network Thüringen (EEN) is organized. The event is aimed at Thuringian companies as well as business-oriented research institutions and clusters from the Free State.
In the first part of the event, business-oriented research institutions and clusters provide exclusive insights into their development partnerships with Israeli start-ups. There is also the opportunity for direct exchange with our innovation scout from Israel, Melanie Hoffmann.
The second part consists of a workshop addressing the question: How can my start-up become internationally successful? Participants receive tools, methods, and impulses to strategically plan and implement their own internationalization steps.
