ERFURT_Hereinspaziert.... With a diverse programme, LEG Thüringen invites on Saturday, 1 July 2023, from 10 to 16 Uhr all citizens to a “Tag der offenen Tür“ at its corporate headquarters at Mainzerhofstraße 10/12 in Erfurt. The day offers, among other things, exciting insights into LEG projects, information about training and job opportunities with employer LEG, audio enjoyment for everyone with atmospheric lounge music as well as children’s fun from basketball to craft trail. The “Fotocamper“ provides souvenir photos with a wink, in the greenscreen studio everyone becomes a film star for a short sequence, and two Brühl tours with the city and Brühl guide Heinz Kral reveal a lot of interesting facts about the history of the district – from Optima and the Funkwerk, where thousands of Thuringians once worked, to the current projects at Gothaer Platz.
„Our LEG is active in all regions for the people on site, and this with a broad range of initiatives and projects – for example we bring companies with jobs to the region, develop industrial and commercial areas and recruit skilled workers for the domestic economy, we work with municipalities for attractive city centres, enhance regions touristically, provide land for residential construction and create affordable housing“, say Andreas Krey and Sabine Wosche, management of LEG. „By opening our doors on Saturday, we invite all interested parties to get to know our work even better and spend pleasant hours with us.“
A large number of project managers are on site for the action day and provide information on the working methods and progress of various projects. Themed islands with info banners and moving images also provide additional information about the projects. Meeting spaces include, among others, the LEG event area with the COMCENTER Brühl and the inner courtyard. With the Erfurt Brühl, a diverse and meaningful urban development project by LEG can be experienced right on the doorstep: Here, a new vibrant district with a theater, central heating, justice center, and plenty of attractive living space was created from an industrial wasteland over three decades on 25 hectares; at Gothaer Platz, the final measures are underway, including the planned construction of a hotel. For the little guests, a varied program with a craft station, face painting, or interactive activities by the CATL Basketball Lions is provided. For culinary delights, there is grilled bratwurst and ice cream for summer enjoyment.
Brühl tours with Heinz Kral: 11:00 and 14:00, each lasting about an hour.
Meeting point 10 minutes beforehand at the "Ankerplatz“ in the LEG building/COMCENTER Brühl.
