We are organizing an industry trip for you to India from September 14th to 19th, specifically to Delhi and Bangalore. The centerpiece of the trip is a joint visit to the Trade Fairs LASER World of PHOTONICS INDIA and electronica india LaserWorld will take place in Bangalore from September 17th to 19th at an exhibition center. The number of LaserWorld exhibitors has steadily increased in recent years, most recently reaching over 120 from 20 countries. Last year, nearly 600 exhibitors from over 25 countries presented their products and services at electronica.
India is considered one of the most promising growth markets for the photonics and electronics industry. The country plans to massively expand key application areas such as information and communication technology, life sciences, and electronics and semiconductor production in the coming years and currently has to meet its needs in important segments through imports – this presents excellent opportunities for German companies! Bilateral trade in goods between Germany and India reached a new record high in 2024.
