We are organizing a business trip for you from September 14 to 19 to India, specifically to Delhi and Bangalore. The core of the trip is the joint visit to the Trade Fairs LASER World of PHOTONICS INDIA and electronica india in Bangalore, which will take place from September 17 to 19 at the exhibition grounds. The number of Laser World exhibitors has steadily increased in recent years, most recently to over 120 from 20 countries. At electronica, nearly 600 exhibitors from over 25 countries presented themselves last year.
India is considered one of the most promising growth markets for the photonics and electronics industry. The country intends to massively expand important application areas such as information and communication technology, life sciences as well as electronics and semiconductor production in the coming years and currently has to meet its demand in key segments through imports – this offers good opportunities for German companies. Bilateral trade in goods between the Federal Republic and India already reached a new high in 2024.
