The last German-Indian Roundtable of the year was themed "Current Developments in Business, Politics, and Pandemic Regulations." Due to the ongoing pandemic, the GIRT was held digitally.
Following a welcome address by Franziska Kindervater, Karl Freedman (Dr. Wamser+Batra GmbH - Mumbai Office) analyzed the current situation. Mike Batra and Sonjoy Chaudhury (Dr. Wamser+Batra GmbH) then spoke about business opportunities in India. Further presentations were given by Holger Wilde (GBneuhaus), Jörg Gäbler (GIZ India), and maxx solar. Holger Wilde, from the perspective of a Thuringian company, described how the situation in India had been handled in the past year. Jörg Gäbler provided an overview of GIZ's work and explained how companies can collaborate with GIZ in India. maxx solar presented its current photovoltaic project in the Indian education sector. The webinar concluded with a collaborative and interactive exchange among all participants.
