Good news from North Thuringia: The crankshaft manufacturer FEUER powertrain in Nordhausen is back on a growth trajectory. After a difficult phase with short-time work last year, the company is currently benefiting from a significantly improved order situation, particularly due to large orders from the USA.
To manage the planned production growth, FEUER powertrain wants to hire around 100 new employees by the third quarter. Among others, they are looking for machining mechanics, mechatronics technicians, and electricians. At the same time, the company continues to invest in securing skilled workers and is consistently expanding its training program.
With the expansion of the workforce and an expected increase in sales, FEUER powertrain is sending a strong signal for the industrial location of Nordhausen and the entire Thuringian economy.
