Faller Packaging, a leading provider of packaging solutions from Baden-Württemberg, has recently acquired a new production site in Thuringia. The site is the former property of the company All4Labels in Gebesee, north of Erfurt. “The acquisition of the site in Gebesee enables us to quickly implement our growth strategy”, explains Dagmar Schmidt, CEO of the Faller Packaging Group. The acquisition of approximately 13,000 square meters of office, warehouse, and production space opens up new opportunities for the region, as modern building fabric and infrastructure are preserved, qualified specialists continue to be employed, and new jobs are created. With this investment, Faller Packaging is responding to the increased demand for sustainable folding cartons and package inserts in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. The plant in Thuringia offers strategic advantages with its central location and proximity to important pharmaceutical sites in Germany. Production is scheduled to start in spring 2025. In addition to its headquarters in Waldkirch, Baden-Württemberg, Faller Packaging has further sites in Binzen, Schopfheim, as well as in Hvidovre and Horsens in Denmark, in Łódź in Poland, and in Debrecen in Hungary.
