The path to a greenhouse gas-neutral production process is fraught with challenges. This includes not only the switch to renewable energies, but also the use of environmentally friendly materials and increased material efficiency. To support Thuringian businesses, the Thuringian Energy and GreenTech Agency (ThEGA) has now established the "Decarbonization of the Thuringian Economy" competence center. Specifically, it offers networking, training, and consulting services, as well as an exchange platform that consolidates all relevant information. Plans also include the development of a partner network and a database of best practice examples, as well as providing support as a funding advisor. (maa)
