In her introduction, Ilona Balogh (AHK Hungary) discussed the current economic situation. It became apparent that further growth impulses are to be expected, particularly for the automotive sector, mechanical and plant engineering, and the electronics sector. In addition, lucrative market opportunities are to be expected in pilot projects in the areas of hydrogen and electromobility. Subsequently, Silvio Fiedler, export manager at WSA electronic GmbH & Co. KG, reported on his consistently positive experiences in market development in Hungary. He also addressed the practice of public procurement there.
