The opening of the new Légère hotel directly at the Erfurt trade fair has been announced for June. Once again, it has been possible to attract an attractive hotel investment to Thuringia: Fibona GmbH from Wiesbaden is investing 18.3 million euros in the new building. The hotel will have 150 rooms, plus a restaurant, a bar, four conference rooms, a fitness room, and a sauna.
Also in June, the COMCENTER Brühl, the event and conference venue of LEG Thüringen at Erfurt Cathedral, will celebrate its re-opening: after intensive renovation, it now features modularly expandable meeting and conference rooms as well as the spacious atrium with space for up to 180 guests. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art conference technology; events in hybrid format, with live streaming, and video conferences are possible, among others. (hw)
