With the event ThAFF on site in Suhl – Ways to secure skilled workers ThAFF, together with the economic development agency of the city of Suhl, provides employers in personal conversations with practice-oriented impulses and tips on the following topics in the premises of the Stasi Archives, Suhl branch:
- Place targeted job advertisements accurately
- Older employees and compatibility in times of change
- Recruit and integrate international skilled workers
- Innovative design of the working world
