Many teams appear stable on the outside, yet they are losing energy. People withdraw and take on less responsibility. This often happens long before someone resigns.
At the ThAFF practical exchange "Stay or Go?", over 90 executives and HR professionals identified precisely this window of opportunity: the four to six months in which it is decided whether a person truly stays. This InnoWERKSTATT is a more in-depth exploration of that idea.
The central question is: How can working conditions be created in which people are engaged, take on responsibility, and want to stay long-term? And what concrete contribution can I make, even without perfect conditions?
Using situations from their own daily work, participants reflect on what strengthens trust and openness and what silently destroys them, when teams lose their motivation and which leadership reactions reinforce this, as well as what their own sphere of influence is and what they do with it on a daily basis.
The InnoWERKSTATT combines personal assessment, real-world case studies in small groups, and direct communication exercises. The goal is not only reflection, but also a concrete transfer of knowledge into one's own everyday leadership practice.
The participants will take with them:
A personal assessment of where you and your team truly stand right now. Concrete levers for greater trust, openness, and accountability. A practiced phrase for difficult conversations – not as a technique, but as a new habit. And access to a weekly series of inspiring emails for further exploration.
Prior participation in the ThAFF practical exchange "Stay or go?" is helpful, but not required.

The InnoWERKSTATT is aimed at managers, HR professionals, and anyone in Thuringian companies and organizations who influences team culture and collaboration. Participation is limited.
