Artificial intelligence is changing our working world faster than many expected. But what does that mean concretely for companies, managers, and workforces?
We cordially invite you to the 66. ThAFF Practice Exchange in the form of an open fishbowl discussion on 23.09.2026, 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM at N3 Engine Overhaul Services GmbH & Co. KG in Arnstadt. Optionally, there is the possibility of an approx. 40-minute plant tour afterwards (will be definitively queried during registration).
Upon your arrival, a welcome snack, refreshing drinks, and initial stimulating conversations await you. At around 3:00 PM, after a brief practical impulse, we will dive directly into an open, controversial, and solution-oriented discussion.
To stimulate discussion, we bring along, among others, the following theses:
- AI job loss thesis – scaremongering or reality?
- Adaptability of employees – Excuse or real limit?
- Future of career starters – Who will be the experienced specialist tomorrow?
- Irreplaceable human skills – What remains when AI takes over routine?
- SMEs vs. corporations – disadvantage or strategic advantage?
- Obligation to use AI – Grossly negligent or exaggerated?
You can expect a format that not only inspires but also provides concrete action impulses, practical, honest, and without buzzword bingo.
The free event is aimed at Managing directors and HR managers from companies based in Thuringia. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you.
Registration is no longer possible for organizational reasons. Please contact us by email if you have any questions michael.lemser@leg-thueringen.de.
