Preparation event for the Smart Innovation Tour 2026 to South Africa

To prepare and get in the mood for the Smart Innovation Tour 2026 to South Africa, a preparatory meeting for the trip will take place on September 17 at 4:30 PM at LEG. Participants will receive a comprehensive overview of the itinerary, content, and organizational details of the trip, which will take place from November 21 to 29.

As part of the event, the technological and economic focal points of the trip will be presented – including high-precision technology, SpaceTech, and adjacent innovation fields such as Optronics, HealthTech, BioTech, and digital technologies. In addition, key stops on the trip will be explained, including visits to leading companies, research institutions, and innovation centers in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

The event also provides room for questions and enables first encounters within the delegation – a helpful kick-off for the joint trip in November 2026. We look forward to your participation.
