The focus is on Amazon's concept of the Culture of Innovation, which is recognized worldwide as a benchmark for digital transformation, customer-centric organizational development, and scalable innovation processes. Participants will gain insights into Amazon's innovation mechanisms, logistics and automation strategies, employee retention, and the role of the Stotternheim location within its global network.
Furthermore, our foreign representative, Daniel Feldkamp, will give a brief report on the current economic situation in the USA. We will also present the planned company trip to Chicago in June.
Finally, you can expect an exciting factory tour and, of course, a relaxed get-together and networking opportunity at our host Amazon.
