Tasks & Job Requirements

Your tasks:

Administration and support of the server infrastructure: As part of the IT team, you ensure smooth server operation in on-premise and cloud environments in a mixed OS system landscape with a focus on Windows.
Design and implementation of cloud solutions: You are jointly responsible for the implementation and further development of our cloud strategy based on Microsoft Azure and M365.

Transformation of the IT infrastructure: You develop concepts for expanding our hybrid IT infrastructure and actively participate in shaping the transformation processes during the introduction or expansion of applications.
Ensuring IT security: You ensure IT security, particularly with regard to M365. You stay informed about current security threats and trends and adapt security measures accordingly.

Your profile:

They have successfully completed a relevant degree or vocational training with corresponding professional qualifications
They possess several years of practical experience in the design, implementation and administration of IT systems and networks.
Ideally, you already have experience in building cloud solutions (Azure | Microsoft 365) and in integrating existing on-premise architectures, as well as proven knowledge in the administration of cloud solutions, including the implementation of security measures.
They have very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.

They possess excellent conceptual and analytical skills and have a strong problem-solving ability as well as a hands-on mentality.
She is characterized by a structured, independent, and conscientious work ethic. Furthermore, she possesses a high degree of flexibility and is willing to learn new topics.
They possess excellent communication skills and are able to communicate in a target-group-oriented manner with internal and external stakeholders.
