ERFURT – Precision is key here, and Thuringia is present: The Free State is represented for the third time with a joint stand at the Precision Fair in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, the leading international trade fair for precision technology. Four Thuringian companies will be showcasing their expertise and solutions for customers worldwide on November 15 and 16. "The fair is an important meeting place for suppliers from diverse fields such as measurement, control and automation technology, optoelectronics, and precision mechanics," says Andreas Krey, Managing Director of LEG, the company organizing the joint stand on behalf of the Thuringian Ministry of Economic Affairs. "Thuringian companies and researchers have a long tradition of being very strong in these economic and technological sectors, so we expect a great response to our presentation!"
Around 300 companies exhibit at the Precision Fair each year, showcasing their high-tech solutions to an international audience of experts. The fair is complemented by a diverse supporting program, including scientific lectures and events that facilitate business networking and the presentation of products and services. Many small and medium-sized suppliers are represented on the platform. A key feature of the fair's location is its proximity to ASML, the world's largest supplier of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry.
