For our Urban and Regional Development department, we regularly seek interested students for an internship for a period of at least 2 months.
Your tasks:
- Participation in the ITF project - Integrated Timetable for Thuringia
- Collection, processing and visualization of spatial data
- Evaluation of location characteristics within the framework of integrated concepts (e.g. ISEK)
- Creating texts, illustrations and plan sketches
- Preparation of results presentations, participation in workshops
- Assistance with the application for funding and the provision of proof of expenditure
- Supporting our project managers with ongoing project management tasks
Your skills:
- Currently enrolled in advanced studies in the fields of Geography, Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, Landscape Planning/Architecture, Geoinformatics, Sociology, etc.
- independent working style
- high degree of initiative and creativity
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and GIS
- good expression in speech and writing
- A car driving licence is an advantage
