Faller Packaging, a leading provider of packaging solutions from Baden-Württemberg, recently acquired a new production site in Thuringia. The site is the former All4Labels property in Gebesee, north of Erfurt. "The acquisition of the Gebesee site allows us to rapidly implement our growth strategy," explains Dagmar Schmidt, CEO of the Faller Packaging Group. The acquisition of the approximately 13,000 square meters of office, warehouse, and production space opens up new opportunities for the region, as modern building structures and infrastructure are preserved, skilled workers are retained, and new jobs are created. With this investment, Faller Packaging is responding to the increased demand for sustainable folding cartons and package inserts in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. The Thuringian plant offers strategic advantages due to its central location and proximity to key pharmaceutical sites in Germany. Production is scheduled to begin in spring 2025. In addition to its headquarters in Waldkirch, Baden-Württemberg, Faller Packaging has further locations in Binzen, Schopfheim, as well as in Hvidovre and Horsens in Denmark, Łódź in Poland and Debrecen in Hungary.
