Kenya is East Africa's largest economy and a major logistics hub. A dynamic digital economy, along with agriculture and services, is driving growth. As part of Kenya Vision 2030, the country is modernizing its transport and energy networks and promoting green hydrogen and e-mobility. Furthermore, Global Gateway funding is being used to expand the region's central trade route.
From June 14th to 20th, Thuringia will host a delegation of approximately twenty people from the business and political sectors. LEG Thüringen plans to organize a regional economic forum for the Kenyan delegation on June 18th.
