Description

The building Production Facility 1 was newly constructed in 2008 and is divided into 2 hall areas. Each hall area has a separate transformer and heating system. The left half of the hall will be available for rent from July 1, 2026. The hall is coated and sealed with epoxy resin (solvent-free, slip-resistant, dust-binding). A small storage area is uncoated. The current transformer capacity is 250 kW. Fire extinguishing water is provided by the local utility company. The heating output is 85 kW. The premises are fenced and accessible via a sliding gate.
