Description

The building, Production Facility 1, was newly constructed in 2008 and is divided into two hall sections. Each hall section has a separate transformer and heating system. The left half of the hall will be available for rent from July 1, 2026. The hall is coated and sealed with epoxy resin (solvent-free, slip-resistant, dust-binding). A small storage area is uncoated. The existing transformer capacity is 250 kW. Firefighting water is supplied by the local utility company. The heating capacity is 85 kW. The site is fenced and accessible via a sliding gate.
