Edition 01/2018

Dear Readers,

As a business and technology location, Thuringia is a sought-after address, underlined once again by the numerous new investments and company expansions in our state.

For example, the European furniture wholesaler XXXLutz is investing around 90 million euros in a new e-commerce center in the Erfurter Kreuz industrial estate. A glance at the Thuringian R&D landscape also reveals a new foundation - the Innovation Center for Quantum Optics and Sensor Technology, which will bundle and expand competencies in this field.

Find out more about these and other topics in our April issue of "Thuringia Focus".

I wish you inspiring reading!
