Vocational Training
We need a dynamic, capable team to handle LEG's extensive portfolio of services, and so are offering vocational traineeships for the 2010/2011 training year in:
- Real estate clerk
- Office management clerk
- Certified real estate manager
As a trainee, you can expect to:
- Become familiar with all of LEG's activities
- Receive support and advice from experienced trainers and co-workers
- Attend in-house continuing education classes and assume responsibility
- Earn a decent wage with attractive benefits
- Enjoy future prospects at LEG if you are a strong performer
As a trainee, you should have:
- A high school diploma with a very good GPA (Abitur or Mittlere Reife)
- Good PC skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Openness and eagerness to learn
- Dedication and the ability to work hard

Within a few days, you will receive confirmation from the Personnel and Skilled Worker Management department that we have received your application. You will later receive an invitation for an initial interview.
After that, things get serious. Only the best make it to the next round: a screening seminar, where we get to know you better on a day-to-day basis and see if we are a good fit. A few days later, the chosen trainees will receive a call telling them that they've been selected.
